Job Description Summary The CT7-8E6 Installation Leader will be responsible for fulfillment of Customer and Installation Technical Requirement within CT7-8E6 NPI Program.
He/she will report to the System Engineering Manager.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for definition of CT7-8E6 Installation requirements- Coordinate on time delivery of technical documents related to Airframe Installation (Engines ICD, Installation Manual, etc...)
- Manage and solve any technical issue related to engine installation on the AW249 helicopter
- Drive design activities and efforts within AvioAero/GEA Global team in order to ensure fullfillment of Customer Technical requirements
- Monitor through proper KPI's and report to SLT about fulfillment of Customer Technical requirements along the CT78-E6 Engine NPI process
- Serve as primary interface with Customer for technical requirements and installation concurrence
Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering Master Degree- Previous experience in Engineering division in an Engine System role.
- Ability to lead horizontally with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- English and Italian language fluency
- EU work permit
- Travel availability required
Six Sigma training- Knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of CT7/T700 Engines family and relevant installations
