Tasks

Once you join our team as Training Leader you will:

• Lead and develop the training team with its local and central elements
• Ensure training related operations are conducted in accordance with training processes
• Prioritize training management and development related tasks and activities as required
• Support and ensure (local) training programs comply with relevant company and/or authority requirements
• Inherit overall responsibility of the yearly process to evaluate the future training demand and the training budget for the upcoming year
• Clarify financial requirements for training programs, determine the budget and approve unbudgeted training requests within his/her area of responsibility

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:

• University degree in the field of Education, Economic, HR or related field
• Experience in Aviation is a plus
• Experience in providing training services (evaluation of training needs, managing and/or developing trainings)
• Supporting achievement of global and local Company goals
• Ability to manage complexity and set priorities
• Experience in striking a balance between business needs and budgetary objectives (business acumen and cost awareness)
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using standard application (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
• Ability to act and establish an agile mindset
• Ability to lead and motivate people, committed to team's development and fostering talent
