Tasks

Duties include but not limited to:
  • Acceptance and coordination of customer inquiries.
  • Develop, issue and negotiate proposals, including calculation and coordination with MES product lines.
  • Negotiate and conclude single contracts.
  • All customer communication, engine shipment management.
  • Prepare Engine inductions and/ or field interventions for On-Wing and On-Site activities.
  • Coordination of induction dates and field team events.
  • Preparation of cost estimates.
  • Check and coordinate work scope with customer supported by engineering.
  • Open, control and close Repair Orders for MES Repair Stations
  • Coordination / submission of maintenance records.
  • Management of invoice disputes.
  • Preparation of credit notes.
  • Analysis calculation of event profits/losses.


*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.

Requirements

If you want to be the next Manager Customer Services for Mobile Engine Services, you must fulfill the following requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED and College degree/vocational training required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree desirable.
  • 3 years successful high-level technical Customer Services track record minimum.
  • English required.
  • German and/or other desirable.
  • Must have extensive experience in aircraft gas turbine engines.
  • Extensive Knowledge of LH Group capability, procedures, EDP systems and processes.
  • MS Office and SAP as user.
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Responsible of profit/loss.
  • Must possess permit to work in Canada.
  • Assessment screening.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Constant time pressure.
