Project Manager for Agile Project Management Office (Masterplan PMO) (m/f/d)

Tasks

You will be part of a company-wide, agile, and highly complex program. You'll be ready to take on the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage and control initiatives (similar to projects) and carry out relevant program activities
• Ensure the success of initiatives, in particulalar regarding timeline, cost and quality
• Work closely with the program management, Release Train Engineers and Product Area Owners to ensure proper communication of planning, reporting and targets
• Manage the interface and communication between the program and business owners
• Manage Sprint and Increment reporting
• Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision making
• Control and monitor performance of external service providers

Requirements

Your personality and passion for the role will count more for us than degrees. However, there are a few requirements you should meet:

• Graduated in business studies, economics, business informatics or in a comparable field
• Work experience in agile project management and business transformation
• Very proficient PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence skills
• Ability to break down and communicate complex topics and make them easy to understand
• Excellent communication skills and self-confident to work in an international environment and across different hierarchy levels
• Fluency in English is a must, any other language would be beneficia
