- Support the team in process reviews and their documentation
- Work on various projects together with interfaces; e.g. outsourcing/centralizing tasks done in local stations or automation ideas
- Prepare presentations
- Work on new tools and templates to provide to local stations
- Support and conduct regular deep-dive sales analysis
- Support various market/region meeting organizations and market communication e.g. schedule updates
- Participation at regular team and other relevant interface meetings

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or an "HF" Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Team player with very good communication and social skills
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to articulating and illustrating analyses and presentations
- Very good spoken and written English skills, German and any other language is an asset
- Very good MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
