Tasks

Own the product roadmap ,product vision and backlog for the System backend area of our products in close collaboration with the development team and internal and external stakeholders
Shape our products' future to keep us at the front line of technology

Be able to recognize, understand and investigate current relevant technology trends while assessing their potential for our products
Capable to generally assess complexity and value of changes to the product before consulting the development team
Gather business requirements, develop and document use cases in close cooperation with our clients and partners
Work closely with our development experts to transform business requirements into comprehensive solutions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and advocate the needs of our clients in an industry, dedicated to safety and efficiency
Collaborate with development teams with regular design reviews and continuous improvements

Requirements

Degree in IT, software engineering or other engineering field
Proven track record in managing the technical aspect of products
Experience in software security is a plus

Experience in specification, design process and development of mobile, desktop and backend solutions and their integration in complex business processes
General understanding of technologies like: Java, Dart-Flutter, DevOps, Client-Server Architecture, Docker/Virtualisation and Cloud Technologies
Structured work approach, strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking and the ability to understand and optimize human interaction with complex IT systems
Experience in tech-ops mobile apps and or airline operational experience is an advantage
Ability to work in an agile environment together with development teams with excellent communication and collaborative skills to assume full accountability for the product
