- Close cooperation with the capacity planning, crew planning and crew steering departments of Eurowings Aviation in Cologne
- Interface between flight operations and the crew areas for issues and decisions regarding capacity, scheduling, and duty rostering
- Active and consultative optimization of duty schedules and proceedings according to legal, economic and tariff requirements
- Focused collection and forwarding of operational crew issues
- Creation of reports and KPIs in cooperation with the crew areas of Eurowings Aviation
- Committee work as well as advisory participation in collective agreement negotiations

Requirements
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree or successfully completed a higher-level specialized training and a higher-level specialized qualification or several years of relevant professional experience
- Sound professional knowledge and skills in the field of flight operations
- Experience in crew scheduling and Netline IT application
- Distinct analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and conceptual way of working
- High degree of initiative as well as an independent and goal-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills as well as communication and teamwork skills
- High degree of responsibility and reliability
- Very good computer skills (especially MS Office)
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
