- Your job profile is mutually wide-ranging and exciting. You bringt a broad background that emphasizes communicational, organizational and analytical skills. In addition, you will support running projects and have the chance to get a glimpse into the day-to-day tasks of a global airline operation
- Support the Ops Planning & Steering leadership team in their business administrative tasks (e.g., preparation of presentations and analyses, meeting organization, minutes, definition of OKRs, etc.)
- Develop a communication plan for internal communication towards a 160 people strong organization going through changes, incl. preparation and publishing of articles
- Assist a wide range of projects; e.g., from implementation of innovation projects to definition of new business processes

Requirements
We are looking for a self-driven, motivated person with an affinity for airlines operations that likes the smell of kerosene and is willing to support a diverse upper-management leadership team. We can offer an exciting workplace with a wide range of different topics, located at ZRH airport.
- University degree in economics, business administration or similar education
- Ability to work independently, yet a team-player with strong communication and social skills
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills (English; German of advantage); must be competent at writing and illustrating analysis, presentations, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, ideally Teams
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization, clearly articulating subject matters in a persuasive manner
- Affinity for communication and change management of advantage
