Your tasks:
- Determination and forecasting of crew staffing and crew training
- Analysis of crew productivity and consideration of impacts on future personnel and flight plan structure
- Creation of scenarios to support the strategy and budgeting process of Discover
- Consistent adaption and administration of data to align the capacity steering with the business development plans
- Monitoring of Discover's crew-related KPIs to provide vital analysis for future tasks and projects
- Preparation of complex information for different stakeholders
- Handling of special requests

Requirements
- You share our passion for the job and are customer focused

- You hold a Bachelor degree in Management, Aviation or Economics or you have a vocational training and relevant professional experience in aviation industry
- You have a great interest in working with numbers and data
- You follow high quality standards, even in dynamic environments
- You are creative in your approaches and have strong organizational skills
- You have a high level of flexibility and improvisation skills
- You are fluent in German and advanced in English (written and spoken)
- You have very good MS-Office skills, esp. Excel and Power Point
- You have excellent team and social skills in cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders
