(Junior) Product Manager Onboard Retail & E-Commerce (m/w/divers)

Aufgaben

Die RiM entwickelt für ihre Kunden einzigartige Onboard Retail Programme sowie Online Shops. Als Produktmanager erstellen Sie Konzepte und übernehmen die Steuerung und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Produktsortiments der Warengruppe "Duty Free" an Bord als auch in den Onlineshops.

• Strategische und operative Sortimentssteuerung auf Basis von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppenanalysen
• Product Lifecycle Management unter Berücksichtigung von Umsatz- und Ergebniszielen
• Durchführung von Umsatz- und Profitabilitätsanalysen und Ableiten geeigneter, verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
• Planung und Steuerung von Werbeaktivitäten mit dem Schwerpunkt Print (Magazingestaltung) und Online
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf, Design, Key Account Management und IT
• Steuerung und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Agenturen

Voraussetzungen

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing, Handel oder akademisch vergleichbar
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Category-/Produktmanagement, Einkauf oder Vertrieb
• Erfahrung im E-Commerce von Vorteil
• Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen & Ergebnisorientierung
• Planungs- & Organisationsvermögen
• Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit & Flexibilität
• Kreativität & Gespür für Trends und Innovationen
