Your main tasks include, among others:
- Be responsible for assigned activities for other types of the LGBS GSDC centrally managed audits (ie. GDPDR audits, adhoc internal audits) in collaboration with the Audit Manager.
- Responsible for assigned activities for annual audit management, centrally coordinating and supporting the LGBS Operational Teams and external audit body.
- Work on constant improvements in the central audit management procedures.
- Contribute to the regular maintenance of the LGBS global audit activity tracker, carrying out direct follow ups with risk owners on activity implementation and completion status.
- Plan and conduct internal self-audits/ spot checks on defined process areas in Finance, determine required actions and follow up corrective measures by the risk owners.

Requirements
The ideal Audit and Compliance Specialist should meet the following requirements:
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines required.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken, C1 level.
- Excellent command of all Windows applications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a shared service centre environment.
- Experience in the area of risk management, KPI/ICS or compliance is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
- Working with computer.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High precision, dedication to deliver the objectives on time.
- Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment.
