Tasks

As Strategic Product Manager New Countries you evaluate market potential, product fit and competition to determine the potential a new market/product entry offers AirPlus:

• Market and Competitor analysis
• Assesment of product fit and addtional market requirements
• Partner with product managers and sales department to develop business cases for product/coutry roll-out
• Prepare and kick-off the country roll-out process for implementation
• Manage a globalisation backlog of prioritized country evaluation and implementation activities

You will work in a team of Strategic Product managers, focussed on developing AirPlus products and services, the team interfaces with market, aftermarket and development colleagues. Though each team member has a specific role and focus, we often collaborate to utilise eachothers expertise.

Requirements

• You have a deep understanding of the payment industry and understand the corporate processes we support
• You constantly weigh up customer centricity with commercial needs
• You are comfortable with Scrum, Leans Start Up and design thinking
• You are proactive, self-managed, with a high level of ownership and accountability
• You are an independent worker but like to work in cross divisional teams, you have the ability to create a good working environment
• You do not shy away from taking decisions
• Given you work with international customers, partners, and colleagues your English skills are excellent
• You have the ability to communicate well at all levels of the business, drive change and create an environment of high engagemen
