The Modern Workplace & EUC team are responsible for maintaining and delivering all the systems/infrastructure that drive revenue generation, data & analytics, and the airline operations. We provision applications, platforms and services that support our customers' needs. We are a tight knit team of professionals, working seamlessly with our colleagues across IT and business functions in a fast paced, competitive environment. We get a lot done and we're proud of our contribution to this incredibly successful business.
JOB PURPOSE
This Product & Platform Analyst role is to manage and be responsible for the design, development and delivery of all Technical Change Management activities for the Evergreen technologies delivered by Modern Workplace.
The analyst acts as a bridge into the business operation to identify, assess and embed technical change in a way that will optimise benefits and realise the agreed outcomes of the changes to the technological landscape.
