Job Description Summary You will join a skilled team of Cyber Security experts responsible for cloud & infrastructure used across GE Aviation. Each day you will work with software development teams, solution architects and project leaders to provide guidance and approval to start new infrastructure projects.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead security-focused architecture reviews for new IT infrastructure projects
  • Provide guidance, insight, and feedback as new technologies or products are explored
  • Contribute to the design, development, and enforcement of infrastructure security controls, policies, and procedures

Desired Characteristics
  • Experience developing software or automated IT solutions
  • Experience designing/configuring IT infrastructure (compute, network, storage)
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security (best practices, risk analysis, regulatory controls)


Eligibility Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Cyber Security Architecture or IT

• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
