Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of the assigned product roadmap from business side, including scope, requirements, schedule, UAT testing, training and adoption.
- Cooperation with respective DT Product Owners and Digital Infrastructure and Software Engineering (DISE) team to align needs and requirements across different organizations (CMR, Fleet Model and New Deal) and foresee future modeling needs.
- Ensure robust understanding of current state process/challenges and desired improved future state process in the area of assigned product, including tools integrations.
- Estimate benefit from automation or tool enhancement and makes prioritization decisions to deliver ROI to the business
- Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in area of product management. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to users and stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations. Ability to use multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at decisions.
- Communicate difficult concepts and articulate potential options with holistic view of pro/cons and tradeoffs for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Services & Services Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
- For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 years of experience in Commercial/Services or Engineering.

- Advanced knowledge of business processes in CSA technical modeling space.
