JOB PURPOSE
- To act as the central point of control and planning for all Appearance tasks
- Planning and delivery of scheduled Appearance programmes such as carpet, seat cover change and cleaning programmes.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for the planning of the scheduled Appearance programmes, including liaison with 3rd parties, line maintenance and maintenance planners
- Ensuring oversight and planning of cabin defect repairs
- Compile department performance reports
- The monitoring of individual third party suppliers performance against contracted service level requirements and when appropriate
- Build effective and robust relationships with contracted suppliers, and form effective partnerships for the mutual operational and commercial benefit of both easyJet and the third party suppliers.
- Ensure all commercial activity is recorded, and review details of supplier invoices. Compare regular analysis of spend V budget
- Reporting and trend analysis of crew and passenger feedback
- Liaison with logistics and third parties to ensure stock availability for all aircraft appearance related tasks.
