Job Description Summary Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Define and control production process including procedures, sequence, work instructions, tooling, and equipment.
  • Validate manufacturing processes and documentation to engine shop manual specifications and quality requirements.
  • Perform root cause and corrective action of process issues
  • Utilize data driven process improvements to enhance quality, yield, efficiency, and safety, through Lean or Six Sigma methodology
  • Manage projects related to manufacturing process enhancement
  • Collaborate with design engineering, operations, and quality to improve manufacturability and resolve issues


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or operations.
