Job Description Summary The Facilities Engineer - Electrical will install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:

In addition, the Facilities Engineer - Electrical will
  • Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean
  • Develop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
  • Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB levels
  • Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done
  • Deliver products as part of a team
  • Work on cross functional teams
  • Alternatively: Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management

  • Experience specifying, installing, testing and operating electrical equipment
  • Voltage levels for equipment vary from 138KV, 480 V and 280/120V
  • Supporting maintenance teams
  • Lighting controls
  • Power monitoring and metering equipment
  • Arc Flash studies and power protection schemes
  • Directing and organizing groups of electricians
  • Experience with NFPA 70, 70 B and 70E
