Tasks

Once you join our team as an Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

• Communicate with vendors and customers all over the world
• Coordinate equipment on loan/lease within Lufthansa and from external vendors
• Select vendors to optimize loan/lease costs
• Ensure the best possible delivery option
• Follow-up and monitoring of the delivery and the return of all loan tools
• Support generation of reports as required

Lufthansa Technik Sofia is part of the Lufthansa Technik base maintenance network. It performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus A320 family and Boeing B737 including B737 Classic and B737 NG. The company is situated at Sofia airport and operates since October 2008.

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:

• University degree (Technical is an advantage)
• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent computer literacy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work independently as well as having excellent team spirit
