Your tasks:
- Active administrative support in close collaboration with Crew Training Planning
- Active administrative support in the validation of cabin and cockpit crew member qualifications and licences (eFile)
- Design support and follow up for electronic grading tool templates
- Design support and follow up of training lesson plans
- Contact point and crew support for the electronic grading tool Q&As
- Additional ad-hoc tasks

Requirements
- You share our passion for the job and are customer focused

- Completed vocational education, preferably within the aviation industry
- Extended experience within aviation administration,
- Creative approach and strong organizational skills
- High level of flexibility, improvisation skills
- Fluent in German and advanced English skills (written and spoken)
- Very good MS-Office skills
- Excellent team and social skills
