Procurement Specialist Capital Goods and Services - Here, at Lufthansa Technik Sofia we will provide

Tasks

Once you join our team as Procurement Specialist Capital Goods and Services you will:

• Manage and perform the purchasing activities to ensure the supply of capital goods and services to the best possible conditions
• Worldwide sourcing, negotiating conditions and placing purchase orders of capital goods and services
• Monitor and update deliveries status documentation in Lufthansa Technik own supplying system and ERP
• Expedate deliveries and escalate them whenever necessary to resolve material shortages
• Act as a direct interface in tracking, monitoring and handling clarifications of created purchase orders until availability at demand location
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external colleagues
• Handle own workload of purchasing volumes while aiming at KPIs achievement and keeping the contracted conditions, by using additional tool for KPIs monitoring

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:

• University degree in field relevant for the position (technical or economical degree preferred)
• Relevant job experience is considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 (or other ERP system) and MS Excel would be considered an advantage
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Analytical skills
• Adaptability and ability to work in a team
• High degree of service and customer orientation
• Flexibility and self-initiative
