Technical Specialist \

As a specialist for our latest generation flight planning and navigation solutions, you will work in shifts as the direct technical contact for our customers in case of problems and questions. You will keep an eye on our systems and work hand in hand with our development teams.
Your main tasks will include:
- Technical supervision and control of the worldwide Lido Flight 4D routine operation in 24/7 customer support
- Acceptance, analysis, elimination and follow-up of technical malfunctions
- Continuous monitoring of system components and processes for early detection of malfunctions
- Support for the further functional development of our product
- Performance monitoring of the system and databases

Requirements
- Completed relevant studies or international degree of equal value; alternatively: completed relevant vocational training with several years of professional experience
- Extensive practical experience in the use of Linux operating systems
- Practical experience in container systems (Docker & Kubernetes), configuration and orchestration tools (Ansible & Helm); monitoring and logging tools (Alerta, Prometheus & Datadog), document-oriented databases (MongoDB), relational databases an advantage
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills, service and customer orientation
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
