Role Summary / Purpose

The On Wing Support Technician will provide Quick-Turn Repair, Line and Module Level Engine Maintenance.
In this role, you will provide engine trouble shooting, field repair and shop maintenance while developing positive
relationship with customers through outstanding customer awareness.

Essential Responsibilities

Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects.
Inform and focus the needs of customers.
Build customer relationship through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives.

Qualification / Requirements

Essential Qualification: Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic License (Issued by MOLIT / Korea) and Military or Commercial Jet Engine Maintenance experience.
Ability to understand maintenance manual and other technical data.
Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to domestic and international locations, as required.
Ability to work night shift, as required.

Desired Characteristics

Approach work with a \"Can Do\" attitude and sense of commitment to both team and customer objectives.
Strong communication skills and problem solving ability are must.
Prossess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology.
LEAP, GEnx, CFM56, CF6, CF34 and GE90 Engine maintenance experience.
Line maintenance, engine change, module removal & installation, LRU replacement, BSI and NDT.
Demonstrated quality, compliance and customer satisfaction skills.
Experience in repair of large commercial engines.
English communication skill.
