Tasks

Once you join our team as Training Developer you will:

• Lead projects aiming at (but not limited to) development of training courses and/or programs
• Act as a focal entry point for training development and/ or training project requests
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (such as requirement owners, quality engineers, subject matter experts, instructors, training providers, etc.)
• Develop training content in line with requirement specifications or manage its development
• Perform regular monitoring and reporting of development/ project activities within the area of responsibility
• Establish newly developed or improved trainings by providing introduction and support
• Identify areas for improvement, e.g. new training methodologies
• Assist in maintaining the Training Management System

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:

• Bachelor's degree in related subject
• + 3 years work experience in related area
• Training or Project Management experience/skills (certification and knowledge of agile methods are an advantage)
• Self-motivated problem solving attitude
• Time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very good analytical and methodical skills
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Very good computer-literacy in related fields, e.g. LMS (Learning management system), authoring tools
• Knowledge of aircraft and EASA documentation is an advantage
