We're currently looking for an experienced commercially focussed Business Analyst to play a key role in our Change & Innovation portfolio.
The Commercial Innovation team is responsible for managing new commercial ideas across the full breadth of the commercial and customer functions, turning them into tangible business outcomes.
As our Business Analyst, you will work to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive forward the change and continuous improvement across a variety of functional areas. These cross-functional teams will include our commercial technologies, so it's important that you have experience with IT systems and architecture.
In addition, you will provide business analysis capabilities across a wide range of change initiatives, working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Customer, Technology, Architecture and Portfolio.
Day to day you will be analysing business demand, understanding problem statements and as-is scenarios, as well as capturing business requirements, defining new solutions, mapping processes and delivering new products and services to meet the needs of the projects within you're the prioritised portfolio.

At easyJet, we have a hybrid working model which sees our staff working from home, visiting our offices several days a month.
> Work across multiple business areas to provide business analysis expertise on large scale, complex system or business change
> Responsible to work with business stakeholders for preparing, evaluating, prioritise and documenting business requirements adhering to industry standards, best practices for Agile and Waterfall methods
> Responsible to facilitate and coordinate meetings, activities and decision-making process across Commercial and Customer areas to review and prioritise new demand requests through the appropriate governance, evaluating changes to processes and systems, setting business expectations from the start and handover demand to Portfolio
> Responsible to maintain and update the Commercial Change Backlog
> Work with business stakeholders to perform mapping and gap analysis activities using best in class methodologies and tools
> Works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure solution and 'to be' processes are developed and tested to the appropriate level
> Build relationships with business stakeholders to effectively manage relationships and set expectations
> Develop an understanding of specific functional domains and build detailed knowledge of the business operations, business processes and systems within in a specific Business Function
> Proactively drives improvement to current systems and processes
> Stays up to date with business analysis practices and methodology and shares within the BA community for wider business benefit
