Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the quarterly forecasting and pacing process for specific platforms; collaborating with operations and other finance teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of estimates.
- Partner with the FP&A manager on forecasting for business cycles - 5 year plan, budget, quarterly forecast.
- Evaluate platform performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation.
- This role is an intermediate level individual contributor requiring subject matter knowledge and experience and ability to independently make decisions and problem-solve. Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex financials to others in a straightforward manner. Provides informal guidance to new team members.
- Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field. The role operates with some autonomy, but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment, but may require more senior levels of guidance.
- Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Finance.

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
