As (Senior) Aeronautical Services Reliability Engineer you will ensure independent, competent and sustainable support of all users in case of technical and operational problems of our products and services.
- Problem Management and Route Cause Analyses to sustainably avoid recurring manual tasks and to improve service and software quality, in close cooperation with the DEV service teams
- Incident management to ensure stable operational service operations
- Advising the service owner on service stability and monitoring issues
- Technical analysis and resolution of software and data problems with a focus on the most critical and operationally important issues
- Identification and prioritization of problem areas with the specialists and developers of the corresponding departments
- Supporting the functional development of specific Lido 4D modules and services

Requirements
- Completed technical studies
- Flight operations knowledge and technical knowledge of the Lido product range
- good knowledge of service level management and the improvement of operational processes
- very good analytical thinking and precise presentation of complex issues
- Strong ability to independently prioritize internal and external customer concerns and to find a long-term solution to any problem
- High level of commitment and initiative, strong quality awareness and willingness to take on responsibility
- social competence and integration skills as well as the ability to work in a team
- Confidence in appearance and the ability to represent the company
- Very good knowledge of English
