Requirements
The ideal Aircraft Maintenance Technician must fulfill the following requirements:
*Company will not provide relocation assistance
*Full vaccination against Covid19 is a requirement
*Candidates without a legal work permit will not be considered

About Lufthansa Aviation Training USA, Inc.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all LAT US aircraft, articles and customer aircraft & articles
- Perform inspection of maintenance and discrepancy corrective action performed by repair station personnel
- Proper execution of inspection and maintenance records reports and/or forms in accordance with FAR Part 43 and LAT US Repair Station Manual instructions
- Assure the proper tagging of all parts during the repair process to prevent improper use of rejected and unserviceable parts being reinstalled
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on shop equipment
- This position includes ground handling, taxing and servicing of general aircraft

Requirements
The ideal Aircraft Maintenance Technician must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of some college a plus
- Experience in a flight school and or repair station preferred
- Documented General Aviation experience required
- Technical knowledge in all areas of aircraft maintenance
- This job requires 26-100% standing, kneeling, bending, climbing & reaching
- Must have & maintain a valid Airman certificate with ratings of airframe & powerplant
- English required
- Computer skills required
- Inspection Authorization a plus
- Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel
- Shift work / overtime
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Outdoor weather conditions
- Must pass a FAA required drug test & background check
