Tasks

Your responsibilities will be to handle requests and enquiries by liaising extensively with our operations centres as well as managing the overall data quality in the UK
  • Attend to all incoming queries and questions from customers, travel agencies, account managers, and Head Office
  • Provide advice on insurances, range of products available and forward to appropriate team
  • Respond to invoice and/or payment claims and queries
  • Aid the resolution of limit, AIDA, Tamara, TX Editor etc issues on client and travel agency accounts
  • Respond to Corporate Card queries from Portal Administrators or Travel Managers
  • Provide general information and advice to potential agents and clients

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or relevant field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Analytical skills and ability to successfully interact with employees and internal/external partners to solve problems and achieve goals
  • Experience in the travel or credit card industry Stakeholder management skills including diplomacy and tact
