We're looking for an App Product Owner to join our Mobile App Team to serve as a critical link between the Product, Commercial and App Development Teams.

You'll be part of a team that delivers the easyJet app experience, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction while delivering commercial return. Ultimately contributing to and driving loyalty and growth for our award-winning app.

You'll advocate best practices and the role the app can play in our commercial, customer, and operational programmes, as well as driving continuous improvement and feature development through collaborative working with internal and external partners, whilst also putting customer insight and data at the forefront of your thinking.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Evaluate value, prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure the work we focus on has maximum value-add and is aligned with our app product strategy.
  • From concept to completion, drive prioritised enhancements, products, and features.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate ideas and identify areas of the app requiring optimisation, ensuring that we are constantly improving the consumer experience and driving the app's growth.
  • Use data to uncover areas for app improvement and transform recommendations into actionable results.
  • Work with our existing App Product Owners to manage and prioritise the App Product Backlog according to business/customer value and ROI.
  • Assist the App Lead in defining the product vision, app roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Develop well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Play an active role in removing roadblocks to the team's effective achievement of Release/Sprint goals.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of identified "issues/bugs" by triaging any app issues which may be reported via direct customer content, social channels or internally.
  • Manage app customer contact and act on any feedback received. Whether it be the investigation of reported issues or the development of customer suggestions and ideas with value.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors and share insights and recommendations with the App Lead and team.
  • B e the voice of the easyJet app and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to effectively represent app customer needs.
  • Develop an understanding of the current and future customer needs across all areas of the app.
  • Work with our marketing and ancillary teams to execute and manage app marketing activity.
