Job Description Summary The Lead Facilities Engineering Specialist will be part of the Facilities engineering team providing engineering services to large and small projects. The focus will be on mechanical engineering facilities project and the person will be broadly responsible for establishing system requirements, defining design criteria, technical specifications, data sheet and reports. He / She will also be specialist in crane and material lifting demonstrate their skill, knowledge and experience in the field.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities

  • Feasibility studies and cost estimation
  • Interface with External Designer
  • Lead and drive mechanical design development to meet project schedule, quality and cost targets;
  • Develop design concept, material selection, perform design reviews;
  • Field Supervision of construction activities;
  • Supervision of Commissioning phase;
  • Remain current in the state of the art within AvioAero plants for what regards mechanical equipment installation
  • Supervise new mechanical equipment facilities from design to commissioning
  • Execute preliminary studies across AA sites
Qualifications/Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Solid experience in an engineering position
  • Ability to lead and execute of complex project
  • Proven background in Mechanical system with strong knowledge of regulatory and applicable technical standard,
  • Knowledge of specific engineering software such as AutoCAD and Office Professional + Win Project
  • Italian fluent and good English knowledge
  • EU Work Permit
