The ID Team are responsible for the ID processing for all new hires and existing employees across all communities within the easyJet Group. This includes supporting new hires in the collection of all pre-employment documentation to ensure they have a verified vetting standard that enables them to obtain an easyJet pass (Airside or Landside) and relevant airport airside ID where required. The ID Team supports our existing workforce with ongoing ID pass management for renewals, movers and leavers.
The responsibilities include the following.
- The ID Coordinator is responsible for monitoring candidate and employee completion of the necessary tasks for ID issue and the preparation of documents to obtain easyJet and Local ID's, be that initial or renewal.
- The role is required to holding signatory status at easyJet operational airports, submit vetting documentation and manage any processes associated with this.
- On a day-to-day basis, the role involves maintaining regular contact with all candidates/employees and at as a liaison with easyJet's third party vetting providers, ensuring references are gained in the most efficient and timely manner ensuring no operational impact.
