As a valued Customer Service Advisor within our fun and friendly Contact Centre, you will play an essential role in delivering a VIP customer experience in every interaction you have with our customers.
You will receive a wide range of enquiries from our customers regarding their holiday or flight only bookings, such as amendments, cancellations or payments. Predominantly working over the phone, with a focus on getting it right first time, you will ensure that our customers receive a full and accurate resolution to their enquiry in a friendly and professional manner.
We do not require any specific work experience for the role as you will undergo a fantastic 3week induction programme, if successful. Please note the training course is full time (Mon - Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm) for the first 3 weeks. To be successful, you will need to be self-motivated and a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Priding yourself on your organisational and communication skills, along with a flexible approach to your working hours, you will also have outstanding attention to detail.
The start date for this role is the 20th January. After training you would commence your shift pattern. Our shifts are offered on a fixed shift basis. Theshiftavailable for this start date is-
Wednesday 5pm - 9pm, Thursday 5pm - 9pm, Saturday 9am 3:30pm & Sunday 9am - 3:30pm
