This is a hands-on role, working closely with Developers, Testers, Scrum Masters, UX and UI designers. At Jet2 the Business Support team has a part to play in the full software development life-cycle. Alongside the management duties, you will also perform a certain amount of Product Owner and Business Analysis tasks to support our larger strategic programmes.
In this exciting role, you will need to have experience of working in a scaled Agile environment across multiple teams, delivering internally developed websites and applications. As part of the Business Support management team you will be responsible for creating a strategic roadmap, producing a plan that matches short & long-term goals with specific technology solutions.
You will be astrong communicator, beable to negotiate and influence at a high leveland have the ability todeal with difficult situationsandtake them to a positive conclusion. You will be a natural leader, highly organised, methodical and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Certified Product Owner and/or Certified (ISEB, BCS, CBAP, CCBA)Business Analyst. You'll be able to demonstrate strong people management skills, whilst inspiring and motivating a team. You will have the ability to build and maintain working relationships with Senior Stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers. Additionally, you will have previous experience of working on multiple projects and delivering to tight timescales, able to adapt to change in a fast-paced commercial environment and have knowledge ofLean, Agile, Scrum iterative development and incremental delivery.
