As a valued Customer Service Advisor, you will play an essential role in delivering a VIP customer experience in every interaction to ensure that we offer the best solution and enable our customers have a fantastic experience with Jet2holidays!
You will be responsible for dealing with any communications and changesregarding amendmentsto holiday bookings,such as accommodation changes and building works,and will work with internal departments and 3rd party partnersto ensure anyamendments or changes are managed effectively and a VIP experience is delivered at all times.With a focus on getting it right first time, you willhave the opportunity to shape changes and solutions to ensure we provide the best level of customer service possible.
This role requires keen attention to detail and a calm approach as well as the ability to manage customers situations sensitively.
This role operates on a fixed shift pattern. The shift patterns available for this role is:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm and Sunday 9am - 6pm
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am - 7pm and Sunday 9am - 6pm
To be successful in the role, youwill need to be self-motivated and a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have ideally worked in the travel industry and previous experience of managing complex customer escalationswould be beneficial. Priding yourself on your organisational and communication skills, along with a flexible approach to your working hours, you will also have outstanding attention to detail.
