The Holidays Operations Centre is part of the easyJet Integrated Control Centre and is a 24/7/365 setup on hand to support holidays customers in a timely and appropriate manner. The team monitors and manages potential and actual significant events in all destinations. The HOC assesses incidents for potential customer service, H&S, or quality issues and escalate as required in accordance with the easyJet holidays incident and crisis management framework. In addition, the HOC works closely with airline colleagues to ensure airline operational disruption events are appropriately managed for holidays customers.
The HOC Lead is responsible for the creation, onboarding and ongoing leadership of the HOC team as well as ensuring there are effective and robust processes in place as well as programme of continuous improvement. The HOC lead is the custodian of the easyJet holidays incident and crisis management framework (working with easyJet Business Resilience team as appropriate). The easyJet holidays HOC Lead reports to the easyJet holidays Head of Operational Risk.
