Join us as our Base Support Administrator in Tegel and your mission will be to provide vital administrative support to our Base Management team - helping them to organise our base, improve the way we work and drive higher standards than ever before. By helping us to get even better at what we do, you'll be able to take your career to a whole new level too.
Taking dual responsibly for our cabin crew and pilot communities, you'll provide assistance to a huge number of people across our base. From producing regular reports to answering queries and providing general admin support, this is an all-encompassing role that calls for a superefficient administrator to step in and keep everything we do ticking over like clockwork.
Beyond this, you'll undertake weekly briefing room audits, refresh essential flight paperwork and order in new supplies. And, as healthy and safety is central to everything we do, you'll also have the key role of conducting health and safety audits and risk assessments, working closely with our Occupational H&S Advisor along the way.
