In addition, you will have a close working relationship with the Operational Planning Teamand be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels are covered across the Team to deliver aVIP customer experienceat all times.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of leading large teams within a Contact Centre Sales environment. A good understanding of Contact Centre metrics and the ability to analyse and interpret them into action is vital for this role.
You will have a strong track record in delivering performance against KPIs, with the ability to identify skills gaps and instigate appropriate training and development where necessary, and experience of effectively coaching team members.
Aflexibleapproach to working hours is required as you will work varying shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
