You will be accountable for minimising complaints, maximising sales and revenue and ensuring that each destination's programme is designed to meet customer and market trends. This crucial support role within theProduct Teamwill require analysis of Management Information, strategic planning, sales support and brochure production.
Ideally, you will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a good knowledge of the travel industry. The successful candidate will be dedicated, self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and have a strong customer service ethic.
