Engineering Training and Development is focused on providing all of the necessary staff training, ensuring the highest standards of safety are achieved. We pride ourselves in also provided training across the entire network, to contracted maintenance providers, to meet the changing requirements of the operation.
The role of the Engineering Training Coordinator is an essential member of the Training Team. This role ensures we remain compliant with regulations in relation to the continued airworthiness of our fleet, whilst delivering the required training to new starters and existing teams. This role whilst predominantly focusing on LGW will also cover the trainings of our other UK bases and network providers as required.
> The person will report to the Engineering Training and Development Manager, ensuring all engineering personnel receives the right level of training to perform their role to the best standard.
> The person will also assist in identifying and developing alternative and time saving training methods to aid business improvement, performance and development.
> The person will coordinate the end to end process locally of continuous training in accordance with authority guidelines and regulations.
> The person will be responsible, as instructed, with the on-boarding process for new engineering employees, including induction at your location.
> The role holder will keep the AMOS training records up to date for all engineering training carried out at your employed location.
> The person will assist in carrying out training across our Part M and Part 145 areas of responsibility.
