General Manager - Application Support

You will be responsible for leading a team of 20 highly skilled Support Analysts who deliver support for our inhouse-developed and custom off-the-shelf platforms as well as our ecommerce and critical operational systems. As a natural leader you will be able to manage, motivate and upskill the team as well as continuously drive service improvement across the department.
You'll be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- Previous experience of managing an Application Support function in a large and complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of TSQL.
- The ability to quickly establish credibility with your peers and key stakeholders across the IT department.
- ITIL foundation certification.
