In the exciting new position, you will support the Overseas Operations Management Team to identify talent and construct career pathways which retain potential and existing Managers within the business, understanding learning needs and creating a strategy that will support in their development. You will continually undertake Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning requirements for the team, both in customer facing and management roles. This will include the design of induction, refresher and ongoing training programmes and materials. Working closely with the L&D Team, you will be actively involved in Talent & Succession plans, designing and delivering any development requirements to ensure the Management Development Programme is delivered in line with the Take Me There values and Leadership Framework.
The successful candidate will be experienced in training design and delivery - on an individual basis and in the classroom environment - and experience of delivering training using various training styles/methods, always with a commercial approach. You will have excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels, with a real passion and enthusiasm for delivering great customer service, being able to engage with people at different levels to influence and gain cooperation. Furthermore, you will be organised and have a structured approach with attention to detail, with the ability to work independently or as a part of a team, giving feedback to others in a constructive manner.
