You will carry out investigations into incident reports that have been submitted on theJet2 .comSafety Reporting System(Safety HUB)and take appropriate measures when investigating these events. Working with the widerGround Operations and Safety team you will look to implement processes that will bring this report to a close and mitigate future occurrences. TheGround Safety Analystwill play an active part in supporting theGround Safety Managerin the promotion of a ‘Just Culture' and Safetymanagement activities within the Ground Operations community.
In addition, you will support senior management by providing valuable and clear statistical data on current and reoccurring Safety reports, identification of the root cause and implementation of preventative actions.
The successful candidate will have experience ofcapturing and analysing large amounts of technical and non-technical data, providing timely and accurate management information. You will have a solid understanding of Ground Safety and experience within an Operational or Safety environment, ideally within aviation. You will also haveexcellent IT skillsand the ability to present technical data in a clear and informative way. Above all, you will be able to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamicenvironment.
