As an Inspector, you will be responsible for the interim and final inspection of components, finished panels and verification of production equipment. This will involve the use of hand tools and test equipment as specified to carry out various verification checks including the application of the Company Quality procedures.
Following ongoing training you will also be required to carry out Final release to service.
Inspection and verification of final assemblies
Accurate logging of part numbers and serial numbers on the business operating systems.
All aspects of checking that the product is conforming to customer and Quality Management system requirements
Compliance with and adherence to relevant processes and procedures
Logging of fault information and raising NC information that is clear and concise.
Able to fault-find and determine work priorities using own initiative with the guidance of the management team
Flexible working and shift work will be required
Able to read, interpret and apply the requirements of complex technical documentation.
Takes ownership and responsibility for completing tasks and pro active remedies for issues.
Proactive self-starter with a can do attitude
Prior experience in a production electronics environment
Experienced in logging failure root cause and corrective action data
Experience of following and applying procedures.
A good Understanding of the requirements of aerospace regulatory requirements
