OurCustomer Service Executive Support team will be integral part in ensuring we resolve our customers concerns as efficiently as possible. You will play a key part inassessing correspondence and liasing with internal departments and third party suppliers to fully investigate points raised, offering aVIP customer service always.
Reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader and supporting the Customer Service Executive team, the role will involve taking a wider view of customer communication, identifyingany trends andwill work to strict company performance indicators.Youwill be responsible forensuringwe meet service level requirements atcompany and regulatory levelas well as theassessment complaints, refunds and recoveries in accordance with our company guidelines.
You will also be required to undertake management of documentation including logging and archiving hard copy correspondence for the Customer Service team in line with GDPR guidelines. You will also assist with other duties or projects from time to time, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with high attention to detail, an organised approach and the ability to work to tight timescales in a fast paced, regulated environment. Resolution focused, you will be passionate about ensuring we do all we can to deliver a high standard of service delivery.
If successful, you will be required to undertake and pay for a basic Criminal Record Check (CRC). This is due to the access that the teams within this area have to the reservations systems and the data held within.
