What's the role?
We're looking for Digital Product Owners to join our Digital Experience Team (within Marketing) to be the key link between the commercial & operational functions with the IT delivery teams to deliver our travel partnership propositions.
You will own & deliver some of easyJet's digital products and experiences for our customers, driving commercial return and increased customer engagement & satisfaction.
You'll champion best practice and the role our digital channels can play in our commercial, customer & ancillary revenue programmes while driving the implementation of feature developments through collaborative working with internal and external partners.
As Digital Product Owner, you'll own & drive improvements in user experience through focusing on best in class usability and putting customer insight/analytics at the heart of our thinking.
This specific role is to refine and optimise our extensive portfolio of travel partnerships and integrations. This includes hotels, cars, insurance, tours & excursions and car-parking to name just a few. You'll search out best in class digital travel marketplace experiences to bring ancillary products and services to our customers in a dynamically relevant and personalised way, all the while driving commercial return for the business.
