Reporting to the Volume Recruitment Manager, the Recruiter - Contact Centre, Customer Service and Data Control will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive end to end resourcing service delivering to operational requirements.
Across our Contact Centre, Customer Service and Data Control Teams we will recruit over 400 colleagues in 2019, to cover growth, attrition and make sure the business has sufficient colleagues on-board for peak seasonal requirements.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process for these colleagues, ensuring we identify the best candidates to help continue our success and source the required number of colleagues, at the right time, whilst being cost conscious. You will work with the Contact Centre Training Team to plan assessment dates and liaise with the Recruitment Systems Team to make sure an appropriate attraction strategy is in place for all your campaigns. You will review the structure of the assessment days and selection tools and techniques used and liaise with the Volume Recruitment Manager to agree the best process to identify the best candidates and offer an excellent candidate experience. You will also make sure the eRecruitment system (IBM Kenexa) is updated accurately and efficiently to ensure management information metrics are available and create reports alongside the Recruitment Systems Team that give the business valuable insights into our recruitment campaigns.
To be successful, you must have a proven track record of successfully managing high volume multiple-vacancy recruitment campaigns within a fast paced environment. Previous experience in recruiting for contact centres is essential.You will fully understand the candidate journey, be able to work to tight timescales and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities. You will also be a proven recruitment expert with a clear passion and determination to be the best at what you do. The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders is also key to the success of this role.

Regular travel will be required to our other Contact Centre sites so a full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
