As a valued Customer Service Advisor within our fun and friendly Contact Centre at Manchester Airport, you will play an essential role in delivering a VIP customer experience in every interaction you have with our customers.
You will receive a wide range of enquiries from our customers and Trade Partners regarding their holiday or flight only bookings, such as amendments, cancellations or payments. Predominantly working over the phone, with a focus on getting it right first time, you will ensure that our customers receive a full and accurate resolution to their enquiry in a friendly and professional manner.
We do not require any specific work experience for the role as you will undergo a fantastic induction programme if successful. However, you will need to be self-motivated and a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You willpride yourself on your organisational and communication skills, have a flexible approach to your working hours and also have outstanding attention to detail.

The start date for these rolesis the8th Aprilandthe training hours will be full time Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm for the first two weeks and then onto your part time shift pattern for the remainder of the training. The working hours for the roles are:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 5pm - 9pm and Saturday 8:30am- 5.30pm
