Your responsibilities would include ownership ofIncidents and Service Requestsraised by our user community. You will also assist in the building of machines, as well as assisting with larger project such as base visits and refurbs.
The successful candidate would possess strong People Skills, Windows, Active Directory, Office 365andnetworking, Incident Managementskills. The role-holder will also be expected to be a good \"all-rounder\" with experience of resolving issues on different types of device. Experience of supporting Citrix environments will be advantageous. You will be keen to adhere to standards, and previous experience of using Servicenow is an advantagehere. Effectivetriage/workload/time-managementandgreat customer serviceskillsare essential for this role.
