You will manage a Team of 10 - 15 Home Based Advisors along with recruitment, selection, performance reviews and on-going coaching and development of your Team. Carrying out regular home visits to all your Team, along with any formal HR procedures necessary as well as reporting on the Team's performance and productivity are essential. Ensuring our customers receive a high standard of service at all times, you will make sure quality monitoring and mystery shopping is carried out regularly.
The successful candidate will motivate, develop and inspire their Advisors to achieve great results. You will also be passionate about delivering a consistent VIP service to our customers and must have experience in a Contact Centre environment and knowledge of Contact Centre systems. Strong communication and influencing skills are key. A flexible approach to working hours is required as you will work varying shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays.
A key requirement of the role is that you must have suitable working space at home along with high speed broadband and a valid UK driving license and must live within the Durham area.
